Import Family Details

Turn a spreadsheet of phone numbers and addresses into the file the site reads.

Why this makes you a file instead of just saving it. Phone numbers and home addresses do not go into the tablet's storage, where a lost or wiped device would take them along. They live in one file that only the admin Family Details page loads — the point system and the scanning station never touch it. So this tool hands you that file to put on the site, rather than saving the details into the browser.

1. Load the spreadsheet

In Excel or Google Sheets choose Save as (or Download) and pick CSV. One row per boy. Any columns you have are fine — you say which is which in the next step.
