Mark every student in September, then score once a month.
How sharing works. Scores are saved on this device. To combine what
several staff have scored: each person presses Back up and sends you
the file, then you press Merge in a file.
Nothing is lost — where two people scored the same box, the newer one wins.
Back up at the end of every month: if a device is wiped, that file is the only copy.
